Recently...

Youth Conference. Amazingly amazing (Even though it was 2 months ago). The picture above...taken right after the mud war.
School. Hate it. Summer is right in front of my face but I still can't reach it.
Horses. So far 3 horses have passed away this year. Clay died last week. Bright side: got to take my little horse girl out riding! So fun! Plus, I get to ride a green/half-trained horse named Godiva. She's a sweetheart.
Choir. Have to dance and sing and the dancing is super cheesy, but still fun.
Friends. We were going kinda crazy last Friday night. We watched Tangled and then went outside and went nuts. It was so fun though!!

So yeah. That's the story of my life at the moment. Can't wait 'til High School!!! GO PERRY!!

  1. I always loved youth conference: fresh new boys in a partially reverent setting.

Oh - Em - three horses of your acquaintance have died? That makes me so sad. And wasn't Clay one of your favorites? I can't remember. That's really hard.

As I read the rest of it, I suddenly got this wash of how it felt to be your age and do all these things - it was like smelling lilacs for just a sec. I'm too old for all that now, too home-body. But what a lovely moment.
